Questions we get a lot.
Each rug is hand-tufted to order in our studio. Depending on the size and complexity, production takes between 2 and 4 weeks before shipping.
We work with 100% New Zealand wool and high-quality cotton backing. The wool is soft, durable, and naturally stain-resistant — perfect for everyday life.
Yes, we ship worldwide via tracked courier. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Custom-made rugs cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is enough for daily care. For stains, blot immediately with a damp cloth — no harsh chemicals. We include a care card with every order.
