Lead times

Each rug is tufted to order. Production takes 3–6 weeks, shipping adds 5–10 business days worldwide.

Carriers

We ship via insured tracked carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx). You'll receive tracking the day your rug leaves the studio.

Customs & duties

Orders outside the EU may incur import duties. Where supported, duties are calculated at checkout — otherwise they're due on delivery.

Returns

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Custom commissions are final sale. Email hello@styletailored.com to start a return.
