Materials
100% New Zealand wool pile, primary cotton tufting cloth, natural latex seal, felt backing. No synthetic fibers in the visible surface.
Daily care
Vacuum weekly with the beater bar OFF. A regular suction nozzle is best — beater bars pull at the tufts.
Shedding
New wool rugs shed for the first 2–3 months. This is normal and stops on its own.
Spills
Blot — never rub — with a clean white cloth. Use cool water and a touch of mild soap only if needed.
Professional clean
For deep cleans, only use a professional wool-rug cleaner. Skip steam and harsh chemicals.
